Since 1989, Michael has been an integral part of the Napa Valley’s food, wine and tourism boom. He has directed the hospitality department for a popular ultra-premium winery, developed food and wine tours for the Smithsonian Institute and The Culinary Institute of America, and managed sales for two of the Napa Valley’s most prestigious luxury resorts.
A world-traveler and accomplished guest service expert, Michael was tapped to create and oversee the Cali 351 guest experience – a delicious blend of warmth and sophistication, with barrel tastings, cheese pairings and the occasional oyster fest.
